Awe okay now I feel bad that was thoughtless of me and for that I do apologize! But that even furthers my point that none of you see people without naturally straight hair as robbing you of it! Or not to my knowledge. Thank you though honestly for pointing out my leaving that out!

It’s not even robbing though? I’m assuming you’re referring to black people wearing their hair straight or doing whatever their hair doesn’t do naturally . Black women are conditioned into thinking that their hair has to be straight in order to be pretty , it’s a method of survival and it has been for centuries . Black folk are out here getting fired from jobs and expelled from schools for embracing their natural hair. And it’s all thanks to the white man , and brainwashing of Eurocentrism

First of all, I’m tired of seeing this ignorant chic sprouting nonsense on my dash.

PoC having straight hair is not appropriation and never will be appropriation- period. Creating false equivalences in an attempt to be ‘equal’ or ‘fair’ doesn’t make you just or rational- it makes you look ignorant.

Straight hair is not something that is only belonging to white people- it never has been, and it never has be. I am Black. My cousin is Black as well, and her her is long and pretty much straight. Neither of her parents is mixed.

Black people have hair types that white people will never have. The curliest hair white people can think of is probably some white girl with red hair, and yet I have thousands of tiny curls smaller than my pinky finger that look like springs growing from my fucking skull. Show me a white person who has natural curls like that. I’ll wait.

White people have never endured colonization and slavery. White people have never been told that their hair, their skin, their eyes, their bodies, and everything else associated with them is dirty, unclean, and impure. White people have never been forced to live by Black standards of beauty, at risk of being profiled, being called dirty, or not gaining employment.

Now about this dread situation.

White people are seriously out here walking around with matted lank dirty hair and calling it dreads, which is not what dreads are. White people are out here not washing their hair for 5 months and calling it dreads. White people are out here gluing their fucking hair together and calling it dreads. White people are out here washing their hair with salt water and calling it dreads.

Black men are particular are profiled by police as thugs for having actual LOCS, because everyone knows that big scary Black man + locs equals bad, but greasy pale crusty white girl with sticker on forehead and a rat’s nest equals… hippie, unique, spiritual, hip, and cool? Nah, get the fuck out of here.

I have only seen one white person in my entire fucking life who understood the cultural significance of locs, and actually had locs- not dreads, and guess what? She was my professor at college and taught a class called Dreadlocks and Mohawks. She taught about reggae, slavery, oppression, and the significance of hair.

If white people want to have matted greasy filthy tangled disgusting putrid stank ass nasty ass fake ass hair, then let them. But they need to stop calling them dreads and calling it what it really is- a hot ass mess.

How many of you have heard Latasha Harlins?
*everyone is silent*

She was killed by Korean store owner Soon Ja Du, which set off the LA Riots. Ice Cube did a song about her called Black Korea, predicting that riot in fact. Some of us know. And no, I didn’t have to look her up. I remember. I read the Final Call.

She was murdered over a damn bottle of orange juice that store owner thought she was going to steal. There were eye witnesses and security camera footage.
The store owner still got no jail time!
It’s not just an inconvenience to be followed around the store. You can be murdered if the store clerk decides to stand their ground.  If you’ve been followed around a store before, let Harlins tragedy serve as a reminder of why you shouldn’t go back.
Don’t spend money where you are not welcomed!

New York DHS will pay you $500 to rat out ‘prepper’ neighbors buying legal goods

New York’s Division of Homeland Security is posting signs on businesses to encourage people to snitch on fellow citizens who buy such things as MRE’s (Meals Ready to Eat), ammunition, flash lights, match containers, gas masks and other items deemed to be ‘prepper’ in nature.

In this video a girl working at LZ Army Navy Surplus store in Auburn, NY tell us how a state trooper put up a flyer in their window which encourages customers to call the New York State Terrorism Tips Line to report this ‘suspicious activity’ under the as part of the “See Something, Say Something” campaign.

This is obviously nothing more than the beginning of the cultivation of ‘average citizen snitches’ who will rat out on their fellow citizens…

*points to Montana and the border “patrols”* there are your reasons right there. seperationalists and blind patriotism.

If ya’ll already didn’t already know- this is our next few steps into becoming a police state.
